11/8 – CrossFit Girls Night at 6:30! Ladies, get ready to bring this community event back with a bang. WOD, wine, lululemon trunk show, door prizes… There will be no 6:30pm class.

11/12 – HERO WEEK kicks off! In honor of Veteran’s Day, we will continue our tradition of honoring our service men and women with a Hero WOD every day this week.

11/17 – MetCon Mash-Up. Make your plans to cheer on our CrossFit BLK teams at this community event hosted by CrossFit T-Town.

11/18 – Route 66 Marathon. Cheer on your CrossFit BLK relay teams and runners!

11/22 – Happy Thanksgiving! Kick your holiday off with your FitFam for our traditional 8am workout before stuffing your face with family. This will be our only class this day.
