At CFBLK, we aim to create a fun, safe, encouraging environment where members can discover their abilities and gain the confidence needed to step out into a more active lifestyle. By teaching Crossfit movements, mobility, endurance, and nutrition fundamentals, CFBLK is able to offer a unique health experience that can be scaled to any individual’s fitness level or circumstance. Workouts are varied, intense, and expertly designed to promote change every day and produce concrete results.
Our team of coaches are skilled at combining results-based training with the accountability and creativity needed to affect change. We don't just push you through a workout, we teach you how to get more out of yourself! As fellow CrossFit athletes with aspirations and goals like you, we are constantly evolving – forever expanding our knowledge base and educating ourselves so that we can share the most progressive training. The result is a supportive community of individuals who encourage and celebrate each other’s success.
Our owners, Emily Hill and Brandon Hill, are passionate about providing a space for individuals to excel and a community to grow.
